Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.
The product must be in its original condition and must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way (e.g., taken out for a walk, torn, or washed).
The only exception to wearing the product is to try it on for size and fit. This must be done in a clean environment (e.g., at home) to ensure the product remains in perfect condition.
Once you decide to proceed with a return or exchange, please fold the product neatly, place it back in its original packaging, and seal it properly to avoid any damage during transit.
All return or exchange requests must be initiated through the Live Chat available on our website.
Once your request is approved, a courier will be arranged to pick up the product from you.
After we receive the product, it will go through an inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria.
If everything is in order and the conditions are met, the refund will be processed immediately via InstaPay.
