Return and Exchange Policy
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.
- The product must be in its original condition and must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way (e.g., taken out for a walk, torn, or washed).
- The only exception to wearing the product is to try it on for size and fit. This must be done in a clean environment (e.g., at home) to ensure the product remains in perfect condition.
- Once you decide to proceed with a return or exchange, please fold the product neatly, place it back in its original packaging, and seal it properly to avoid any damage during transit.
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated through the Live Chat available on our website.
- Once your request is approved, a courier will be arranged to pick up the product from you.
- After we receive the product, it will go through an inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If everything is in order and the conditions are met, the refund will be processed immediately via InstaPay.
Note:
- The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs for both exchanges and returns.
